5. Trading & markets

5.1 How markets work

Each market represents a question about a real-world event with Yes/No (or similar) outcomes.
Prices reflect implied probabilities and can change before you confirm a trade.
When a market resolves, open positions are settled according to the stated market rules.

5.2 Risk disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose your entire stake on a position.
Only use funds you can afford to lose. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

5.3 Settlement & corrections

Winning positions are credited after resolution. Losing positions forfeit the stake unless the market is cancelled.
We may void, cancel, reverse, or adjust trades or markets in cases of manifest error, fraud, manipulation, technical failure, or regulatory requirement.
Our determination of resolution under published market rules is final, subject to applicable law.

6. Deposits, withdrawals & balances

Bots, scripts, or automated trading without our written permission.

8.2 Account abuse

Multiple accounts per person to evade limits, bonuses, or bans.
Identity misrepresentation or use of another person's account.
Circumventing geo-restrictions, security controls, or verification requirements.

8.3 Financial crime & platform harm

Money laundering, fraud, stolen funds, or chargeback abuse.
Harassment of staff or users, or malicious content in channels.
Scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks that degrade platform stability.

9. Rule violations & enforcement

We actively monitor for conduct that violates these Terms, market integrity rules, or applicable law. Enforcement protects the platform and other users.

9.1 Actions we may take

Warnings or requests for additional verification through .
Temporary or permanent restriction of deposits, betting, withdrawals, or rewards.
Cancellation or reversal of trades, bonuses, or promotional credits obtained through abuse.
Freezing or holding balances pending investigation.

9.2 Immediate action without prior notice

We may act without advance warning when we reasonably believe an account poses fraud risk, legal exposure, or harm to other users. This includes suspected multi-accounting, market manipulation, or sanctions issues.

If you believe an action was taken in error, chat with your registered email and a clear explanation.
We review good-faith appeals but are not obligated to reinstate accounts or reverse decisions where violations are substantiated.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us in fees in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Molumarket and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the platform at any time.
Remaining balances are subject to verification, review, and withdrawal rules before payout.

15.2 Closure by us

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail verification, or create legal or security risk.
Termination does not entitle you to compensation for unused promotional balances obtained improperly.
